the staff were friendly and helpful. ricardo provided a map and explained the city's highlights and potential pitfalls. this assistance proved useful. the hotel's proximity to two metro stations made city travel easy.

The sink in my room had a drain that wouldn't open. This resulted in a sink full of water. it wasn't a major issue for just one night! but, it needs prompt attention.
